TOPAZ For the discerning eye, Topaz illustrates the art of profound architectural design. Based off the unique topography of the homesite, the dramatic curves were developed to conquer the rocky terrain and gives a soft expression in the steep hillside. Material selections were selected to compliment the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert, while incorporating symbolic elements of Frank Lloyd Wright’s impactful vision for modern design. Floor to ceiling glass is planned to frame the incredible outcroppings of the canyon and breathtaking city views. Topaz is a one-of-a- kind project for the buyer who appreciates groundbreaking design.
