LISTING BROKER COMPENSATION IS NOT SET BY LAW, NOR BY ANY BOARD, ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE OR IN ANY MANNER OTHER THAN AS FULLY NEGOTIATED BETWEEN LISTING BROKER AND OWNER IN THIS AGREEMENT. SHOULD THE OWNER CHOOSE TO OFFER COMPENSATION TO A BUYER BROKER ORTENANT BROKER,THE OFFERED AMOUNT IS ALSO FULLY NEGOTIABLE AND AGREED UPON AFTER DISCUSSION WITH THE LISTING BROKER. (OWNER’S INITIALS REQUIRED ) All funds are to be in U.S. currency.
