The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a private service for Realtors to share their listings with other real estate professionals. Although this information is confidential and only accessible to licensed Realtors, the majority of property information is syndicated to hundreds of home search engines such a Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, Realtor.com, and more. This is the #1 tool to provide the most exposure to your property. Fellow realtors can set of showings through the MLS and contact us directly with questions about and offers for your property. The way the home is listed on the MLS is done differently by all agents, and the strategy in how the property is listed is KEY...NOT ALL AGENTS DO IT THE SAME! The placement of photos, the eloquence of the home description and timing of when the home is entered in the MLS, and how showings are scheduled make a difference in positioning your home for the MOST and BEST exposure.
