Executive Functions of Listing
▶ 3 Founding Partners shall be the dedicated listing agents. Mary Grassl, Babbi Gabel & Angela Phillips. ▶ All showings will be attended by an agent ▶ Staff includes; Transaction Manager, full time assistant, full time in- house Marketing Director. ▶ All leads are immediately followed up with ▶ Dedicated CRM field for all prospects to be maintained during the listing period and placed on a drip campaign.
Executive Functions of Listing
▶ Open houses to be held on a regular basis
▶ Marketing Reports with all tracking info shall be sent on a weekly basis
▶ Ongoing analysis of advertising so adjustments can be made immediately
▶ Will attend any Seller requested meetings
▶ Phone calls and emails are returned promptly, 7 days a week.
Under Contract
▶ Agents to handle all negotiations with Optima & outside agents (or buyer directly)
▶ Handle all communication with any lender or verification of funds with financial institution for buyer
▶ All 3 listing agents have extensive custom home building experience & very well educated to assist buyer with any design specifications requested and act as liaison with Optima design team.
