She has over 15 years of experience working with one of the valley’s leading luxury home builders where she consulted in the planning, layout and design of several new home communities. She has sold more than 1,800 homes and specializes in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. Babbi holds both designations of Scottsdale Area Expert and Certified Resort & Second Home Specialist. Babbi has an in-depth understanding of the Phoenix Metropolitan housing market. Babbi is regularly asked to speak on various panels throughout the valley. A combination of concierge level of service, expert negotiation skills, and a passion for what she does has helped her clients achieve their goals. She is one of the leading agents in AZ, with a sales volume surpassing $1 Billion in her 34 year career. Originally from Lake Forest, IL, Babbi relocated to Arizona to attend the University of Arizona and the Eller College of Management. A ngela is an Arizona native, specializing in luxury residential real estate for more than 17 years, and is a certified Resort and Second Home Specialist. In 2007, she joined the sales team of a boutique real estate developer in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas, where she refined her craft of selling new homes, and became instrumental in closing out both a $250M high- rise, and a $40M dollar mid-rise in Downtown Scottsdale. Over the course of her career, she’s sold over $200M of luxury single family homes and luxury condominiums throughout the valley. Angela is not only a top resale marketing agent for luxury homes, but continues to be a force in sales, of the top urban developments in downtown Scottsdale. She has built a prestigious client network due to a winning combination of achievements, a consistent high level of service, and an impressive sales volume, averaging over $80 Million per year. Her private network gives her access to top brokers around the globe as well as access to their clientele. In 2021 Angela became a Founder at RETSY. At RETSY Angela, along with 10 other influential Founders, bring the latest technologies to the Real Estate Industry. Her husband, Rick Phillips, a NY transplant, has enjoyed a successful career as an entrepreneur. Residing in Phoenix for the past 20 years, he currently owns and operates; the Valley’s iconic Mercbar, as well as a culinary festival production company.
